Problem: University is challenging. For many it requires a much larger effort than college did, and unlike most colleges, university packs about four years of classes into one.
Solution: University students need to realize their limits. The purpose of University is to study and to gain knowledge, that doesn’t mean students should study all of the time. It is important to schedule time for fun outside of study, and to take study breaks to keep the mind fresh and clear.
Problem: In university life money is the major problem for students. They have to wear latest fashion clothes. Buy latest gadgets, spend money on treats is mandatory for all students, attending picnics, events in university are also necessary for all students. So obviously these activities need a lot of money.
Solution: The best way for the student is self-financing. Like in abroad students must earn their own money by doing part time jobs, giving tuitions to juniors, writing in newspapers. making blogs can solve the biggest problem of student life!
Problem: Student life is exciting. But it can also be very pressured and stressful. Studies, participating in university events, extra curriculum activities. A lot has to be achieved in the limited time available. Most every problem on here has seemed quite dismal. These problems raise the stress levels of students.
Solution: schedule your works. You must know that what work need more time and divide your day properly according to your needs. If you are weak in sports then give more time to it and don’t always listen to others that you should spend more time in books. You must know yourself better.
Problem: Many students try to finish all of these activities into one day, and time spent sleeping suffers. Without proper rest, the student can then become susceptible to different kinds of health problems.
Solution: Decide what is important. The student must prioritize and then schedule events, games, meetings, and studies accordingly. Also, a university student must be well aware of their options when doing a part time job. Many times the university will offer scholarships to students that are helpful for needy students.
Problem: Friends are usually good for a good time. However, they can get on each others nerves at times. They can be the most irritating ones sometimes.
Solution: Students must remember to take some time out for themselves and just take some time to gather their thoughts and be themselves. If conflicts do arise, it is best to get others such as other friends involved so that the spirit of community, unity, and peace at the university can continue to be upheld.
Problem: Partying, picnics in it self really is not a problem. Parties were designed so that attendees could have a good time. Students sit in their own groups, unconcerned by others in the place.
Solution: While parties are a good time, students should plan to enjoy them in a responsible way. They should not create problems. Should meet everyone at the place, make new friends, forget past fights, stress and must enjoy the events.
7. Health Conditions
Problem: With peak levels of stress and lack of sleep, health problems can occur. It’s very important to eat properly, and not to exist on fast food and coffee, the right food can help your concentration for studying and help you feel well generally.
Solution: University students should eat healthy and balanced meals, forget about dieting, remember these are the days when you can get maximum hard work by yourself. So you need a lot of energy. So eat healthy according to your requirements and do a little exercise to keep you body active. It is also important for students to get a good night’s rest as well.
Problem: Relationships are at times become a problem. It can distract students from their studies and add to already high stress levels. Break-ups can drive some students even further into depression.
Solution: Relationship advice is hard to give. It will usually vary on a case by case basis. But it is sensible not to involve in any relationship in university. Since these years are very important in student’s career.
9. Choosing a Major
Problem: Many students exert a lot of stress on choosing a major. Most of them think that their major will dictate their future career and how much money they will make at their future jobs.
